🎯 Your Mission:   Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations—supporting the coordination of back-office activities that drive our campaigns, events, and communications. You’ll help bring our corporate marketing plan to life, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of new product launches for retail and e-tail

• Assisting in the development of in store collateral to support retail teams

• Building relationships with Shopping Malls and being their first point of contact. Sharing quarterly calendar of new launches together with relevant assets to be promoted. Gathering quarterly information about upcoming events or opportunities to promote the brand.

• Assist in the development of campaigns with Student Beans, maximising opportunities to feature the brand

• Conducting competitor pricing analysis for new product launches

• Ownership of the Marketing cupboard: maintaining it tidy, appropriately stocked, reviewing inventory every 6 months

• Providing general administrative support to the wider Marketing team, organising send outs, raising Purchase Orders, keeping Marketing Calendar up to date etc

• Marketing degree

• Experience working in Beauty preferred

• Proficiency in Photoshop/Adobe beneficial

• Passion for Beauty

• Positive can-do attitude, self-starter
